One of the first stops on their trip to the Scottish city was a visit to the famous Edinburgh Castle. "My prediction is that Meghan is going to be our new Diana".

Meghan Markle is breaking boundaries with her royal dressing. She donned a small stud on her right ear and a shooting star earring on her left, showing off the statement with a relaxed bun.

Earlier a palace insider revealed Meghan is being taught British terminology as part of a a "crash course" before her wedding to Harry. Note that this isn't the same carriage Prince William and Kate Middleton used to parade around the streets of London after their nuptials.

Sarah Coronado, a student at the University of Edinburgh who met the couple later told the BBC that "seeing the couple is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity".

An Ascot Landau was also used when the queen's youngest son, Prince Edward, married Sophie Rhys-Jones.

"They are just wonderful, so down to earth and people's people who bring everyone together", said Amanda Scott, from Edinburgh.

They put in ear plugs for the explosion, but not before Harry asked so many questions he almost delayed the time-critical event.

When a well-wisher said she hoped they had good weather for their big day, Meghan joked: "Being in the United Kingdom, all I do is talk about the weather now".

"Prince Harry has personally requested Ed perform at his wedding", US Weekly quote a source as saying. The beloved mascot was wearing a coat very similar to the one Meghan was wearing and even got a bit playful with Harry at one stage. "Meghan, you look lovely!"

The people in Scotland have positive words about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
