Susan Rice Email: Obama Met With FBI/DOJ About Russia, Discussed Steele Dossier

There are several portions of this email that should be disturbing.

Former national security adviser Susan Rice was "trying to rewrite history" with her memo to herself minutes before President Donald Trump's inauguration, Judge Andrew Napolitano said Tuesday. The meeting included FBI Director James Comey, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, Vice President Joe Biden, and Rice herself, according to the email.

"President Obama began the conversation by stressing his continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of this issue is handled by the Intelligence and law enforcement communities 'by the book, '" Rice wrote. "He reiterated that our law enforcement team needs to proceed as it normally would by the book".

A bombshell email from former National Security Advisor Susan Rice sent during President Trump's inauguration is raising serious questions over former Federal Bureau of Investigation director James Comey's congressional testimony; highlighting possible inconsistencies over high-level meetings with President Obama during Trump's transition. Pay close attention to the line of questioning. Rice. And it explained that President Obama had held a briefing on January 5 regarding supposed Trump-Russia collusion.

The email has raised interest among congressional investigators because it was sent on Rice's last day in office, January 20, 2017, and appeared to frame the meeting in a particular way.

That letter raises questions concerning a now partially declassified email which Rice sent to herself on January 20, 2017 at 12:15 p.m. -shortly before President Trump was inaugurated-on the meeting held in the Oval Office two weeks prior, on January 5, 2017, on the lying British intelligence memo produced by Steele.

The Senators have requested more information from Rice about the email, including whether anyone instructed her to write the email memorializing Obama's meeting with Comey and Yates. I was there with other Intelligence Community (IC) leaders to brief him and his new national security team on the findings of an IC assessment concerning Russian efforts to interfere in the election. That person said it was exclusively focused on whether the intelligence community and the Federal Bureau of Investigation needed to be careful about what Russian Federation conversations they had with the Trump transition team.

Grassley and Graham say they question whether the Obama administration conducted the Trump investigation "by the book". Lindsey Graham, who revealed the discovery of the email, are asking Rice how Comey responded to Obama's "by the book" comment, since it's now known that the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee were working behind the scenes to pay for political dirt on Trump. Do you have any reason to dispute the timestamp of the email?

Parts of Rice's emails were released as part of a probe by the Senate Judiciary Committee into the FBI's investigation into Trump.
