Meghan Markle Is Now Encouraging Young Girls to Take Up Acting

Markle will officially become the fourth patron of the Royal Foundation after her and Harry's nuptials.

Meghan Markle has reportedly been baptised by the Archbishop of Canterbury using holy water from the River Jordan ahead of her wedding to Prince Harry.

And the latest? Markle was officially baptized into the Church of England in a secret ceremony this week, according to the Daily Mail.

The ceremony on Tuesday was small and intimate, with only 18 guests in attendance, including her fiancé Harry and future parents-in-law, Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall.

Prince Harry can be safe in the knowledge that his soon-to-be-wife, Meghan Markle, makes one tasty burger judging by a video of her barbecuing skills that has just resurfaced.

Meghan Markle greets Sophia Richards, 10, with a hug. Straying from tradition to hug a young fan, however, doesn't seem to be that big of a deal: Kate Middleton has done it a few times, as has Princess Diana, and Markle herself embraced a charity worker who was inspired by her United Nations speech just last month.

"Meghan told me that I can achieve whatever I want to achieve", Richards said.

The Chapel Royal at St James's Palace was the setting for Prince George's christening, and was the location of where Princess Diana's body lay before her funeral.

While this is one tradition the American Protestant has chosen to follow before she marries Prince Harry, there are plenty she is pushing aside.

That wasn't the couple's only brush with encouraging young women on IWD. Harry and Meghan joined a group of female secondary school students as they took part in building apps and touchpads, while hearing more about their motivations to pursue Stem subjects at higher education.

Earlier this month, Kensington Palace announced that more than 2,600 members of the public will be invited into the grounds of Windsor Castle to share in the royal couple's wedding day. The ceremony will start at 12 p.m.
