Meghan Markle makes first public outing with the Queen at Westminster Abbey

Meghan Markle has stepped out in one flawless look after another, but she made a rare fashion faux pas when she visited Birmingham last week on International Women's Day. That includes the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, who went through it after her wedding to Prince William.

Markle, who got engaged to Prince Harry in November, intends to become a British citizen following their royal wedding on May 19.

Of course, Prince Harry was also there looking dapper as ever but that wasn't all. "Hope you enjoyed my cover of @JohnMayer's Waiting For The World To Change".

Meghan's entry into the faith has been seen as a subtle nod to her future grandmother-in-law, the Queen, who is the Supreme Governor of the Church of England.

Liam Payne performed a rendition of a John Mayer song during the Commonwealth Day service, but it appeared Harry and Meghan may not be his biggest fans. When the Queen arrived in front of him, he smiled, bent down and gave her a gentle handshake.

Meghan Markle just crossed another major milestone off her list, a little over two months before she's set to join the royal family.

"Through exchanging ideas, and seeing life from other perspectives, we grow in understanding and work more collaboratively towards a common future", she said in a message.

Back in January, the 36-year-old stepped out for a day of engagements with Prince Harry in Cardiff wearing the classic Prince of Wales check in an off-the-shoulder jacket by Theory.

Her new cross bracelet is also believed to be by Birks and is thought to have been created to mark her recent baptism.
