Stormy Daniels: I'll Reimburse Trump So I Can Discuss Affair

The porn star who claims she was paid "hush money" after having an affair with US President Donald Trump has offered to give the money back so she can tell all.

Daniels also sued Essential Consultants, a DE limited liability company formed by Trump's personal attorney Michael Cohen on October 17, 2016, apparently for the sole objective of paying Clifford $130,000 in exchange for her silence about a sexual affair with Trump. Clifford reportedly received $130,000 directly from Cohen in 2016, shortly before the US presidential election, to remain quiet about the alleged sexual relationship she's said she had with Trump.

Adult film actress Stormy Daniels, who sits at the center of a scandal involving President Donald Trump, got into a little playful banter with British media personality Piers Morgan on Twitter on Monday-and it was laden with sexual innuendo.

The offer was first reported by the New York Times. The statement is an admission that the nondisclosure agreement exists and that it directly involves Trump.

She comes under scrutiny for everything from her style choices to her marriage, and Donald Trump has opened up about his wife Melania, confessing that things aren't easy for the first lady.

President Trump has never been one to hold back when it came to his thoughts on high-profile topics. "The American people can then decide who was telling the truth".

Notably, the non-disclosure agreement used fake names to refer to Clifford and Trump: Peggy Peterson and David Dennison, respectively. The White House did not respond to a request for comment on Monday.

"She may ultimately return the money", Avenatti told Guthrie. This is not a particularly relevant or important detail about Stephanie Clifford (Ms. Daniels's real name) that should be put in the lead of a story. The letter sent to Cohen also would allow for the interview to air, according to the newspaper.

Sam Taylor, a spokesman for the Texas secretary of state, said that the office was exclusively investigating "whether or not the individual complies with his or her duties as a notary public in the state of Texas". Last week, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee said "arbitration was won in the President's favor", language that suggested Trump was involved.
