One of the more divisive aspects of Rian Johnson's The Last Jedi was the portrayal of Luke and even the actor behind the iconic role has aired his grievances about what was done with the character.

Redeemed Vader-I'm not sure how you "redeem" (much less re-hire) a guy who literally and personally murdered hundreds of children, but I guess Free Radical was at least ready to try. It also involved her pitching Johnson lots of one-liners for her character to deliver.

Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz at the United Kingdom premiere of "Peter Rabbit" at Vue Cinema in London's Leicester Square on Sunday (11.03.18), Ridley said: "I'm having a break, I've been filming forever".

Hamill, famous for playing Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, will be the festival's first global guest of honour and will watch the parade from the Presidential stand.

"One of my favorite shots of the movie, is those two fingers touching". That means you'll be able to watch a version of the movie that lets you hear only the Oscar-nominated score composed by John Williams as you watch. "They're made to reflect the most hard transitions we go through in life", he said. And based on the fractures found in the fandom after The Last Jedi, the sentiment behind these words is the only way to move on. "If it wasn't for the public I'd be nowhere", he told the crowd. Hamill replied, "He's always right".

The Last Jedi will no doubt remain a controversial film among the fans for quite some time, it's becoming increasingly clear that Hamill is genuine in saying that he liked the final product in spite of his personal misgivings while filming it. In the trailer for the doc, we get to see Rian Johnson go all-in on this unique vision of the Star Wars universe - something I'm sure many fans wish didn't happen. Johnson's response? "F- you, how do you make a movie?"

But now that Johnson's firmly on the other side, he now sees that there's no one way to do it. "I think making a movie is the same whether we make Brick or we make Star Wars", he said.
