Joseph University student found dead in Bermuda

A police flyer circulated throughout Bermuda on Sunday night said he was last seen in khaki trousers, black shoes and a green shirt.

Authorities on the British island territory of Bermuda are searching for a 19-year-old college student from Pennsylvania who was last seen at a bar around midnight Sunday.

His disappearance prompted Bermuda Rugby to issue a $1,000 reward for information about the missing student's whereabouts.

Officials said Dombroski was at The Dog House early Sunday, but failed to meet the team to return home later that afternoon.

A cause of death was not released but forensic experts were still processing the scene where his body was found and an autopsy was planned, said Acting Commissioner James Howard.

"We dearly love our son, we cherish our son". She said the surveillance footage showed him favoring his arm.

He expressed his "heartfelt condolences to his family and friends" after an intensive search for local authorities, volunteers, and relatives of the student.

As the team flew back to Philadelphia, head rugby coach Dan Yarusso told FOX29 he was staying in Bermuda to continue the search for Dombroski. Bermuda police are asking anyone with more information to contact them here.

Dombroski went missing after playing in the Ariel Re International 7s in Bermuda on Saturday and later spending the evening at a bar called The Dog House. We hope for his safe return, and we offer our support to the Saint Joseph's community.
