A New Money-Saving Spotify-Hulu Bundle Announced

A New Money-Saving Spotify-Hulu Bundle Announced

The new subscription plan, dubbed Spotify Premium, now with Hulu, bundles a Spotify Premium subscription with Hulu's ad-supported tier for just $12.99 per month. That means the bundled service will be $5 cheaper than buying Spotify and Hulu subscriptions separately.

Last year, in September, Spotify and Hulu rolled out this deal only to students. Later this summer, this exclusive offer will be available to all of Spotify's 157 million users, alongside any new joiners to either company. Spotify Premium now costs $10 per month, while Hulu with limited commercials costs $8 per month.

For the first three months, existing Spotify Premium subscribers will get the Hulu bundle for $1 per month.

If you have been living under a rock, Hulu is one of the biggest TV streaming services available.

Spotify and Hulu first combined forces previous year to offer a discounted streaming package to college students. Spotify Premium is ordinarily $9.99 a month, while the basic Hulu plan is $7.99 a month. Also, eligible subscribers are being offered a 99-cent promotion to try Hulu's limited-ads plan for three months. The service also has 70 million paying subscribers (as of January 2018).

These days, many of us subscribe to multiple streaming services for all sorts of content ranging from music, movies, television, and the list goes on.

The current free plans prevents users from selecting tracks in a playlist, but the new change will allow users to access playlists quicker and have more control over the music in the playlist.

Spotify said the student offer was "incredibly well received".

Wednesday package deal is created to help Spotify and Hulu ramp up its memberships at a time when increasing scale is important to both companies.
