The Yodeling Walmart Boy Is Reportedly Heading to Coachella

The must-see act of Coachella 2018's first weekend: The Walmart yodeling kid, Mason Ramsey.

Eleven-year-old Mason Ramsey went viral for his rendition of Hank Williams' "Lovesick Blues" at his local Walmart in IL, but he's moved on to bigger arenas.

Ramsey took the stage Friday showing off an oversized cowboy hat, an even bigger belt buckle and that voice.

On Friday, "yodeling boy", joined dance producer Whethan onstage to perform his rendition of Hank Williams' "Lovesick Blues". Since then, the clip has racked up millions of views and has even been remixed by numerous DJs.

Ramsey performed just in the Sahara tent as a special guest of DJ Wethan, who is only seven years his fellow IL native's senior.

If you thought he peaked with his appearance on The Ellen Show on Wednesday, you were wrong. During the show, host Ellen DeGeneres also gave him a few incredible surprises.

When Mason performed on the stage, he took to the stage like a natural and managed to gather a huge crowd and, by the look of which, we can say that he did an awesome job. Apparently, he delivered this to an audience that included Justin Bieber, as well as your garden variety of discerning festival-goers. "Walmart Yodel kid is 100% dead serious playing Coachella and I'm retiring from music", a user posted.

"Honestly, it's their friends who don't really know how to handle the whole situation", ET's source added.
