Several cited for drugs after police respond to loud party

For the second time in a week, the FOX 8 I-Team has learned gunshots were fired at Cleveland Police.

The latest incident happened around 11:30 p.m. Saturday in the area of E. 79th and Decker. The suspects then stole the homeowner's vehicle and sped away. "Police, fire, it's hard to tell what's legitimate and what's not".

A Staffordshire police Twitter account shared the lighthearted photo of an officer dressed up as a Star Wars character in the back of a police van earlier today.

We've learned officers hit the ground, and they did not return fire.

According to DailyMail, the baby was saved after a police officer who was below caught her when her father dangled her over the edge by her ankle before swinging her off the roof.

When asked by a dispatcher if everyone was OK the officer said, "Yeah, everyone is just pretty upset". Police also said they smelled marijuana, noting that the odor grew stronger when the driver lowered the driver's side window. Court officials say all three have extensive criminal histories, and are in custody with bond set over $75,000 each.
