$5K reward to find suspected Blooming Prairie killer

$5K reward to find suspected Blooming Prairie killer

Riess remains on the run and is armed and risky, Marceno said.

New surveillance video shows accused killer Lois Riess at a hotel in Ocala, Florida, and driving what appears to be the vehicle she stole from the woman killed on Fort Myers Beach.

Lois Riess, described as a 5-foot-5, 165-pound woman with three children and at least one grandchild, has been accused of fatally shooting her husband, David, in Minnesota last month and fleeing to Florida. State officials began to paste her photos on Facebook, urging anyone who saw her to call 911 and not go near her, as she was believed to be armed and risky. Law enforcement believes Riess killed Hutchinson because the two of them looked alike. There, they said, she met a woman named Pamela Hutchinson, 59, with a similar shade of light-blonde hair. She is also wanted on grand theft charges for allegedly stealing $11,000 from her husband's bank account after his death, but she has not yet been charged in his murder.

"She befriended this woman". Hutchinson's uncle told WTVR she'd been shot through the heart. She's just giving to a fault, to her death.

Investigators found that Hutchinson's purse was in "disarray" with any cash, credit cards or identification missing. She was last known to be in the Corpus Christi, Texas area and is believed to be driving Hutchinson's white Acura TL with Florida license plate Y37TAA.

Authorities have been looking for Riess since March, when her husband, David Riess, was found dead of multiple gunshot wounds. They say her current location is unknown. "It's not necessarily her, or whatever, it's just evil that flowed through", Daniele Jeffferys said.
