Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha is close to joining Premier League champions Manchester City during the summer transfer window - as per reports.

Man City finished 19 points clear of second-placed Manchester United and also broke records for number of Premier League wins and goals scored this term.

The Premier League Manager of the Season and LMA Manager of the Year awards have been handed out, with some stiff competition for the gongs.

City players and staff went on an open-top bus parade through Manchester to show off both their trophies, with an estimated 100,000 supporters lining the streets.

Former striker Hughes, who played for Southampton from 1998 to 2000, lost his opening three league games after succeeding the sacked Mauricio Pellegrino but took eight points from the next four to all but secure safety going into Sunday's season finale. David Silva was missing from the celebrations as he returned to Spain with his son, who was born prematurely a year ago.

18 of those wins came successively, in a run spanning from August until the end of December, another record taken from the previous champions.
