Pokemon Lets Go Pikachu and Eevee Official Domains Are Registered

Domain names have been registered for Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Pokemon Let's Go Eevee, lending further weight to Pokeon Switch rumours.

Update: Serebiit reports that it is the very same company that registered the official Pokemon Sun & Moon website domain.

Emily Rogers is a well-connected video games industry veteran who used to break news before moving to the game creation side. Currently, on Android alone, the game has been downloaded for more than 100 million times. That said, however, wait for Game Freak to unveil the game before making any judgements. Chime in below, let us know. However, like traditional Pokemon titles, expect two versions.

This news that a Pokemon game will be coming to Nintendo Switch has been building for a while now.

Those domains, which were registered today, are for and, a naming convention that ties into a recently "leaked" image showing a logo with the exact same name. It remains to be seen how they will be changing this exactly, but more information will likely be coming soon. The fabled Pokemon RPG will come in the form of Pokemon Let's Go Pikcachu and Let's Go Evee. The biggest known differences between the two is that the Switch versions would feature generally improved graphics and the possibility that Pokemon in the Switch version of the game will actually appear on the map as roaming creatures. Apparently the games will be a remake of Pokemon Yellow, with Pikachu as the starter in one game and Eevee as the starter in the other. She had previously revealed that Super Smash Bros. for the Switch would be released this year (and it will), so it stands to reason that she could be right about this as well.
