Potential lottery pick Luka Doncic will remain in National Basketball Association draft

Potential lottery pick Luka Doncic will remain in National Basketball Association draft

According to a report from Jonathan Givony, Doncic will indeed remain in the draft.

The 2018 NBA Draft will be held on June 21 in Brooklyn.

With the deadline for early entrants to withdraw their names from the National Basketball Association draft only hours away, ESPN's Jonathan Givony reported Monday that worldwide star Luka Doncic will remain in the field.

With two lottery picks, this also gives the Clippers an opportunity to try and trade up and draft a potential superstar.

"I think there's a lot of fluidity to this draft", he said. The Clippers have looked to trade up. We go through the Clippers interest in Luka Doncic and the chances of them trading up to get him. "At 6'8", with the ability to handle the ball and facilitate, Doncic is projected as more of a point-forward than anything, who's best with the ball in his hands.

Land of 10's mock draft has Jackson Jr. going to the Grizzlies at No. 4.

If the Suns do hang on to the No. 1 pick, it's expected that they'll select the seven-foot, 260-pound Ayton. With cap space, and the need to rebuild, the Clippers can afford to take on the bad contract of Chandler Parsons by parting ways with Tobias Harris and Patrick Beverley, both of which are on expiring deals. However, after examining the top five picks, there really is only one team to do business with.
