What Court Docs Reveal About Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's Custody Case

What Court Docs Reveal About Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's Custody Case

The 43-year-old actress now has primary custody over the six children - Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and nine-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. Additionally, Jolie is allegedly barred from being present or interfering with Pitt's time with the kids in person.

Furthermore, the judge has provided Angie with a new cell phone policy that states that the filmmaker must provide Brad with all of the kids numbers enabling him to call of text them at free will.

Nearly two years after their much-publicised split, former Hollywood super-couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still working out the finer details of a custody arrangement for their six kids - Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and Knox and Vivienne, 9.

News, a judge determined that the kids "not having a relationship with their father is harmful", adding that it is "critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother".

A child psychologist has to be present while Brad visits the kids in London - where Angelina is renting a house right now - and has to make arrangements to have them see their doctors while in CA.

Brad will not have all the kids at once, but he'll designate one or two of the children to spend time with at a time.

From June 27 to July 1, the actor again gets custody of one or two children at a time for ten hours, and the children will be accompanied by a child therapist. He will have custody again from August 11 until the estranged couple's next court hearing on August 13. The schedule includes all of the children except Maddox, who is allowed to decide how much time he would like to spend with Pitt due to his age. He is responsible for returning them back to Jolie in London on July 29, and, he must pay for their transportation.

In the spirit of strengthening the relationship with Pitt, the court has laid out a summer schedule for the children, minus Maddox, to spend time with the actor over the summer.

Contentious: Jolie and Pitt split in 2016 amid allegations of child abuse against Pitt during an incident aboard a private plane.

At the end of July Pitt will be able to see them in Los Angeles for a week from July 21 to 29.

A rep for Pitt had no comment. The judge also requested that the calls and texts not be monitored by Jolie.

The couple initially separated in a nasty, high-profile breakup in September 2016.

'She wants to take the kids to London with her while she's shooting - and she's frustrated with the process, ' the source said. Jolie can not be present or attempt to interfere.
