CBS report: Sarah Huckabee Sanders planning to depart the White House

CBS report: Sarah Huckabee Sanders planning to depart the White House

However, she did not address the accuracy of the report.

Sanders was replying to an earlier CBS News report that both she and deputy press secretary Raj Shah have considered leaving their positions in the administration. She replaced Sean Spicer.

The network said Mr Shah also is considering an exit, but details of when he may leave are not confirmed.

"Does [CBS News] know something I don't about my plans and my future?" she posted.

Sanders responded shortly after in a tweet, claiming she was at her "daughter's year-end Kindergarten event" when CBS News "ran a story about [her] "plans to leave the WH" without even talking to" her.

She became a senior adviser to Trump in 2016 after managing her fathers presidential bid, which attracted just one delegate.

However, Sanders disputed the story and said CBS never asked her if she was planning on leaving.

Sanders' White House press briefings often make for must-see TV. Not only that, but another major worry is that people are no longer willing to go to work from such a chaotic administration at the White House with such little job security.
