The third child of Prince William and wife Kate was christened on Monday (Tuesday NZ Time) at a royal chapel.

Prince Louis, who was born on April 23rd 2018, is the youngest sibling to his brother, Prince George and sister, Prince Charlotte.

(This church has its own significance for the royal family: it was where Charlotte's late grandmother, Princess Diana, was herself baptized.) Also at her christening, Charlotte's five godparents were officially named, including some of her parents' nearest friends and relative.

Today, Char upheld her status as cutest princess while attending her little brother Louis's christening, which took place at the Chapel Royal in St. James's Palace. Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, wore an army green Ralph Lauren dress and hat by Stephen Jones.

After these six people become Louis' godparents, William and Kate will honor them all at a tea at Clarence House, according to a statement by Kensington Palace.

Prince Louis' christening was the fourth time the cake was eaten, on separate occasions first at their wedding, then again at each one of their three children's christenings.

Britain's Prince Charles, Prince of Wales (R) and Britain's Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall arrive for the christening. His brother, William van Cutsem, is Prince George's godfather.

They included old school friends and a Middleton cousin. He helped organize William's bachelor party and is married to an American, Holiday Inn heiress Lizzie Wilson.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, left the chapel alongside the family.

She might only be three-years-old but Princess Charlotte is certainly a confident little character.

Prince Louis' robe was a replica of the lace and satin dress made for Queen Victoria's eldest daughter in 1841, and was also worn by Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

The Lily Font is another piece of royal history present at Louis's christening.

Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip couldn't make it to the event.
