Jabari Parker Has Interest In Signing With Bulls

Restricted free agent Jabari Parker, the No. 2 overall in the 2014 NBA Draft, is reportedly interested in joining the Chicago Bulls. The potential for greatness is still possible, but with every passing day, a shred of optimism passes through the drain. If Parker signs an offer sheet with another team, the Bucks would have up to 48 hours to match the deal. The team has discussed allowing Parker to become an unrestricted free agent by pulling his qualifying offer, but that has yet to happen, league sources said.

Jabari Parker #12 of the Milwaukee Bucks runs down court during the third quarter against the Boston Celtics at TD Garden on February 25, 2016 in Boston, Massachusetts. My hopes and desires are with Parker bucking the trend.

Parker is a career 35.2 percent 3-point shooter. Last season, he averaged 12.6 points and 4.9 rebounds per game after recovering from a torn ACL.

Should he hook up with Chicago, Parker will be forming a young core of players together with the likes of Kris Dunn, Lauri Markkanen, Wendell Carter Jr., and Zach LaVine.
