Manchester United in Gareth Bale talks

Manchester United in Gareth Bale talks

Bale has enjoyed huge success at Madrid since joining the club from Tottenham five years ago as he's provided 88 goals and 57 assists in 189 games to help Los Blancos win a whole host of honours including 4 Champions League's and 1 La Liga title.

However, the Wales global has often questioned his squad status within the club after finding himself on the sidelines during the tenure of Zinedine Zidane.

Zidane has now left the Bernabéu but Bale will push forward with his plans to leave if he does not become a more important player under new boss Julen Lopetegui.

Real Madrid have already lost one Galactico this summer and might be on the cusp of losing yet another one as their attic-clearing exercise continues.

In the wake of his Champions League final heroics, Bale was unapologetic in his belief that he should have been starting more games fro Real Madrid in the build-up to this point.

At the Eleven Bar & Grill in Cardiff, Gareth Bale let his true feelings be known regarding the Champions League final against Liverpool.

Chelsea's Eden Hazard is wanted by Real Madrid, as is Paris Saint Germain starlet Kylian Mbappe, and Bale is aware that Real are looking at other attacking options.

The Manchester Evening News claim Manchester United are keen on bringing the 28-year-old back to the Premier League, though no concrete offer has been made yet.

"I was frustrated, I've said it before, for not being a starter", he said. Luckily on 61 minutes our goalkeeping coach took too long to do the substitution on the paper, so it gave me an extra minute.
