Rock Icon Stevie Nicks Is Returning to American Horror Story

Rock Icon Stevie Nicks Is Returning to American Horror Story

After rocking fans' worlds with an utterly demonic teaser, showrunner and all-around busy TV guy Ryan Murphy somehow made the upcoming season of American Horror Story - Apocalypse - even more exciting. Being a crossover between the two aforementioned seasons, it was expected that more previous characters would return. The Hollywood Reporter notes that in addition to Nicks, the cast's latest additions include Taissa Farmiga, Gabourey Sidibe, Lily Rabe, and Frances Conroy, all of whom (aside from the Gold Dust Woman, of course) have appeared on other AHS seasons, too.

Farmiga, Conroy, and Rabe came from inaugural season Murder House, while Sidibe and, yes, Stevie Nicks were in Coven. Now, we have confirmation that they will be.

Below, revisit Nicks' performance of "Rhiannon" from the episode. Meanwhile, Evans will be playing a comedic hairstylist (whose grandmother is Joan Collins - and yes, he will be doing her hair!), and Bates will portray Ms. Meade. Fiona (played by Jessica Lange) calls in a favour, bringing the iconic singer in an attempt to out Day as the next in line for the Supremacy.

Cult breakout Billy Eichner has also joined the cast, but no information about his character has been released. "The story begins with the end of the world, and then our world begins", she said.

American Horror Story: Apocalypse is set to premiere on September 12th.
