Trump wants Obama to know he has a 'magic wand'

Obama urged the American people to vote Republicans out of office this November to usher in "unity".

President Trump was incorrect when he tweeted that more than a century had passed since quarterly economic growth last outpaced the jobless rate, the White House's top economist said Monday.

But the Obama administration also celebrated economic gains, with a 5.1 percent GDP in the second quarter of 2014 and four quarters of growth above the 4.0 percentage rate. "It's the highest in 10 years".

The name Kevin Hassett was trending on Twitter this afternoon after the White House economic adviser held a wild press briefing in-which he claimed Donald Trump is responsible for positive economic numbers, admitted the president pushed a false figure on Twitter, and did so while smiling as hard as humanly possible. "And at some point somebody probably conveyed it to him adding a zero to that and they shouldn't have done that".

The only catch.the claim was made by his boss, President Trump.

President Trump on Monday mocked his predecessor Barack Obama for saying more than two years ago that Trump would need a "magic wand" to bring back jobs to the United States. "I'm sorry, and again, I'm not the chairman of the Council of Twitter Advisers".

Administration officials rarely contradict the president in public and nearly never from behind the podium, well aware that Trump prizes loyalty above all else in his employees.

"It was 100% my fault and I apologized immediately", Hassett said, hand over his heart.
