Legendary BlizzCon Sombra Skin Leaked for Overwatch

Legendary BlizzCon Sombra Skin Leaked for Overwatch

This year's BlizzCon legendary Overwatch skin has been revealed.

Mike Morhaime, CEO and cofounder of Blizzard, commented on the intention behind virtual tickets in a press release.

What's more, Virtual Ticket holders will receive a $10 discount on this year's Goody Bag, access to the pre-show video series, access to the BlizzCon 2017 archives and early access to BlizzCon merchandise. Fans are anticipating an announcement for Diablo at BlizzCon, which might be why Sombra's skin is taken from the game. No details are known aside from the skin itself and its name, but Blizzard is holding a virtual ticket livestream today at 5pm CT to go over this year's loot. Blizzard's portfolio of games may be relatively small, but each is one of if not the most popular and successful in its respective genre.

Bottom line: Blizzard's 12th BlizzCon can be enjoyed from anywhere with the purchase of a virtual ticket that grants behind-the-scenes and live streaming access as well as plenty of other perks.

The virtual ticket is the next best thing to attending the conference live.

Virtual ticket holders also get exclusive goodies in Diablo, World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, StarCraft 2, StarCraft: Remastered, and Heroes of the Storm - though these have yet to be revealed.

"We created BlizzCon as a celebration of our global community, but not everyone can travel to the show, so the virtual ticket gives us a great way to bring BlizzCon to gamers around the world", said Morhaime. Sombra's Demon Hunter legendary skin is the first of six exclusive items to be announced.
