The iPhone Xs and Xs Max respectively feature 5.8-inch and 6.5-inch AMOLED screens.

IPhone X owners will have to spend more, as replacement battery not covered by warranty will be $69 at the strike of midnight of January 1, 2019 from just $29 this year. However, what you won't find anymore in a few months is equally interesting. That's three new options for consumers on top of Apple's previous iPhone models that are still being offered, and unless you've been paying attention to the various rumors surrounding the three devices ahead of their launch, the amount of new information to take in could be overwhelming.

Plus, through midnight Thursday 9/20, when customers on an eligible T-Mobile ONE 2+ voice line plan add-a-line they get an additional voice line for free.

However, a few reports in recent days have sought to determine which new iPhone could be best for certain types of buyers.

This new iPhone Xs deal is in a clear response to Verizon's iPhone Xs BOGO deal launched on Friday.

Apple on Wednesday announced a host of new products, including the iPhone Xs, the iPhone Xs Max, the iPhone Xr, and the Apple Watch Series 4.

The iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max, and iPhone Xr will be available for pre-order directly from Apple on the Apple.com site and in the Apple Store app starting at midnight Pacific.

The iPhone XS and XS Max will be available to buy soon. Apple would have had a small impact on its profit margins by selling the iPhone X at a reduced price this year since the cost of the material probably would not have decreased significantly. They will go on sale for the first time in select countries starting September 21.
