Dillon Danis Went Clubbing After UFC 229 Brawl, Says Brian Ortega

UFC commentator Joe Rogan laid the blame exclusively at Dillon Danis' door and claimed that it was his taunting which provoked Khabib Nurmagomedov to jump out of the Octagon and kick-start the brawl which saw Conor McGregor subsequently punched from behind by a member of Nurmagomedov's crew.

"I forgive Conor McGregor, all in the past", Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov wrote on his official a href="The elder Nurmagomedov was not able to make this past Saturday's fight, having been denied a visa to enter the U.S. But even from afair, his influence was evident in the wake of the melee".

Remember, Danis was the guy Khabib jumped out of the Octagon and attacked after the fight.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission has withheld Nurmagomedov's $2 million disclosed purse, pending a full review of what took place after the championship fight on Saturday. "And he's going to get suspended (by the NAC), so maybe you give him a four-to-six month suspension".

This is not to say that tempers wouldn't have flared regardless because the hostility between the teams was already at boiling point after pre-fight comments about Nurmagomedov's country and family but the new footage does seem to suggest that it was the exchange with Magomedov that caused "The Eagle" to jump out of the cage.

"He absolutely keeps his title", White said. "I do not think that that should happen", White said. You just beat him while the whole world was watching.

"First I was like, 'Damn, what are you doing here - especially alone?'" Ortega told TMZ after bumping into Danis.

White defended against critics who said the promotion had stoked the flames of the brawl by highlighting an infamous bus attack by McGregor.

Brian tells us he was hanging at the club following Conor vs. Khabib when he saw Danis in a hoodie trying to stay low-key.

White wasn't sure what the future held for Nurmagomedov as far as opponents.
