Razer Phone 2 leaks thanks to premature Amazon listing

Razer Phone 2 has a display with a 120Hz refresh rate, which means navigating the user interface and scrolling through web pages should be buttery smooth.

Laden with Qualcomm's current top-shelf Snapdragon 845 chipset, the Razer Phone 2 gets a gaming performance boost of 30% compared to the original. Also, it features a Vapor Chamber cooling system. We are glad that Razer is calling its piping this, and not a "liquid cooling system" as most other brands do. The Razer Phone 2 has front-facing stereo speakers that feature Dolby Atmos with Dual amplifiers.

The Raiju Mobile isn't just for the new Razer Phone 2.

How much does the Razer Phone 2 cost?

The site also notes that the display is 50% brighter than before, at 580 nits peak brightness, and it apparently offers wide color support with 98.4% coverage of the DCI P3 gamut, according to Anandtech. It uses a dual-lens system with a wide 12MP f/1.75 lens and a 12MP f/2.6 telephoto lens, plus a dual LED flash.

The back of the Razer Phone 2 is also now made of glass, which has allowed the firm to include support for Qi wireless fast-charging for the first time.

A marketing image of the Razer Phone 2. There's no 3.5mm headphone jack-just a USB-C port. The listing, which has since been removed, included images of the handset, as well as some details about its new features, including the presence of RGB lighting and wireless charging. On the front you'll find an 8MP shooter. The phone measures 158.5 x 78.99 x 8.5 mm in terms of dimensions. Another improvement comes in the form of the handset's body that's now IP67-certified for resistance to dust particles and water, whereas the first Razer Phone had no official IP rating. A custom Nova Launcher implementation based on Android 8.1 Oreo is part of the newly announced device, whereas the phone has been optimized for a broad range of popular titles such as Marvel Future Fight, PUBG Mobile, RuneScape, and Guns of Boom. It will be coming in Mirror and Satin versions priced at $799 (approx Rs. 59,500) and the Mirror version will be available for order in the US, Canada, UK, and Europe region initially starting today while the Satin version will be available later.
