'Fallout 76' Xbox One X Graphics Video Revealed

With Fallout 76 going into open beta soon, it's a good idea to keep an eye on how everything plays out, whether you like it or not.

Still, it will take more than a year in order for Fallout 76 to support mods and that's something that will definitely put off a number of players. The stress test will start on October 13th, with the exact time of day yet to be announced. Starting on Saturday, October 13, you can check if you've been given access to the stress test by looking at the Insider Content tab of the Xbox Insider program. Even then, there is no guarantee to get a chance to review the stress test.

You can also bone up on your knowledge of the real landscape that Bethesda's bringing into Fallout 76, with a fun photo essay that features side-by-side comparisons between real landmarks like Harpers Ferry, Moundsville Penitentiary, and the New River Gorge Bridge, with their wasteland counterparts in the game. This is for North American players only, and you'll need to be an Xbox Live Gold member as well since it's an online game.

The Fallout 76 stress test will include the full game, but comes with a few restrictions - progress won't be retained after the test, you can't earn achievements, and footage and screenshots are under NDA. But what does the game look like on the high-end platforms such as the Xbox One X, the PlayStation 4 Pro, and grade-A PCs? However, not everyone will be eligible, as the stress test has limited space and accounts that are eligible for the test have been chosen at random. It remains to be seen what kind of improvements are offered for Fallout 76.
