Apple's iPhone XR goes up for pre-order tomorrow starting at $749

The iPhone XR will go on sale in more than 50 countries and territories including Singapore from Oct 26, Apple Singapore said in its news release on Wednesday.

Interested parties will be able to place their order for the new iPhone XR starting at 12:01 a.m. PST on October 19.

Bank analysts and some supply chain sources have expressed longstanding confidence in a strong season for sales of the iPhone XR, especially as the pricier iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max have been drifting in the market.

"The new iPhone XR with all-screen glass and aluminium design features 6.1-inch display a" touted as the most advanced LCD in a smartphone.

While everyone is talking about how great and expensive the new iPhone XS and XS Max are, the silent spectator of it all is ready to steal the limelight.

Like the iPhone Xs, the iPhone Xr does not have any home button and relies on Face ID for biometric authentication.

The iPhone XR price in India starts at Rs 76,900, and is available in 64GB/128GB/256GB storage options and will be available in in black, white, blue, yellow, coral and (PRODUCT) RED colour options.

IPhone XS and iPhone XS Max have only been out in the public domain for a matter of weeks, and iPhone XR isn't even out yet, so, of course, it makes flawless sense to start the 2019 iPhone predictions. Also, if you still haven't done so, 9to5Mac recommends taking advantage of the iPhone Upgrade Program, where you can register for pre-approval and speed up the checkout process on Friday.

The iPhone XR will cost R15,999 in South Africa for the 64GB version, iStore South Africa has announced.

There's no pricing information for the iPhone XR yet at Sprint, which tends to offer 18-month leases on phones.
