Kanye West Surprises Kim Kardashian With Romantic Gifts for 38th Birthday

Kim Kardashian West is "uncomfortable" in the bedroom, despite her on-camera persona suggesting otherwise.

It was clear that the KUWTK star was ecstatic about her birthday surprise as she told fans: "Kanye's the most creative when it comes to sending me flowers for my birthday!" "I will keep trying to make things that can express how attractive you are inside and out and how much I love you and our family".

'My lovely girl, I love and adore you and wish for you the most awesome day and year, ' Kardashian's momager Kris Jenner captioned her Kim collage.

Her half-sister Kendall Jenner shared a montage of home videos, including a clip from 1999 where a pig-tailed Kim says: 'I'm grateful to the life we're living now and the family that we have!' Where can I be seen?

But when she met the "Heartless" rapper, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star said her perspective changed and he taught her how to value her private life, as he likes to keep to himself when he isn't working. "Who is there? Oh my god, I need to get my auto washed, '" she told Baldwin of her relationship with fame before West. And I was - everything had to be public for me back then.

But there have been times when the mum-of-three didn't exactly feel her best, she said in the interview, and even once thought she would never want to be intimate again. "Now it's like, on my time off, I'm like, 'Where are the locations I can go eat, go on vacation where no one will see us?'"

A source recently told ET that West has also encouraged his wife to be more vocal.

Her husband's connection to the nation's leader most likely facilitated her entry to White House, where she asked the president to grant clemency to Alice Johnson, a 63-year-old woman held in prison with a life sentence without parole for a first-time, nonviolent drug offense.
