Assassin's Creed Odyssey November Update Raises Level Cap And More

Assassin's Creed Odyssey is getting a slew of new diversions across the month, running the gamut from new quests to cosmetic clothing options. The studio has laid out its plans for November, and they include lots of new content along with quality-of-life tweaks. The game will also continue to receive new stories from the Lost Tales of Greece, a series of free missions. There's a good variety of questing here, and once you have reached episode five they will show up as yellow side quests on your map, so there is no rush to complete them.

Later this month Steropes the Cyclops will join the game's roster of mythical creatures. You can take him on by finding the new quest called The Lightning Bringer.

If you want to see more detail about these new additions to the game, check out the November update video for yourself below.

New Epic Events are on the way too, for players who have progressed to level 30.

The Odysseus Pack contains a new gear set, mount, and weapon, while the Naval Pack comes with a new crew theme, figurehead, and ship design. All this new stuff also means the level cap is being raised by 20.

For those who have already reached level 50 and might be miffed at the idea of missing out on all the experience they would've gotten had the level cap been increased prior to the upcoming update, Ubisoft said it has plans for those players as well.

Finally, you can now auto-craft regular arrows, and customize your gamepad settings.

We worked on a new balance in order to decrease costs to upgrade gear in-game.
