Kamala Harris Warns 2020 Campaign Is 'Going to Be Ugly'

"The California senator told me during the Know Your Value Conference in San Francisco on Saturday, 'It's a very serious decision".

Harris, 54, said that her decision to whether run for the president post will be a family decision.

If she decides to run for president, she'll face what is expected to be a crowded Democratic field.
