Michelle Obama and Meghan Markle meet secretly in London

It was back to school for Meghan Markle!

"Today we brought together university leaders, academics & #students to discuss how we can build a better world through #highered". Meghan visited King's College London on Wednesday to address important issues including human trafficking and modern slavery, gender equality and inclusion, peace and reconciliation, and climate change and resilience. The royal wore her sumptuous brunette hair pulled away from her face and wore subtle makeup. Meghan was photographed sitting during the discussions, taking notes.

Michelle continued by highlighting the importance of picking a project you're truly passionate about and dedicating yourself to it. During her royal tour of Fiji with husband Prince Harry in October, the Suits alum delivered a speech about women's education.

Michelle continued on with advice she had previously given to Meghan in Good Housekeeping magazine in regards to how to cope with such a demanding public role.

"There's no reason why they won't want to do the same this year, especially as Meghan is going to be heavily pregnant. Because when girls are given the right tools to succeed, they can create incredible futures, not only for themselves but also for those around them".

The Duchess of Sussex has had a busy few days packed with secret engagements, from meeting with former First Lady Michelle Obama to attending a private carol service with her husband and his closest friends, where her baby bump was the talk of the town.

Wearing a black short sleeved top, the Duchess added a caramel wool coat, which she draped over her shoulders for part of the event in photos posted by Kensington Palace. The ceremony was hosted by the Henry van Straubenzee Memorial Fund, a charity honoring Prince Harry and Prince William's late friend.
