Samsung Galaxy Note 9 One UI Android Pie Update Released for India

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 One UI Android Pie Update Released for India

To receive the firmware update, you'll need to register for the beta program through the Samsung+ app on an unlocked Galaxy Note 9. Samsung rolls out the beta program in phases, so if you have not received it yet, its fine. Today, after much wait, Samsung has announced the Samsung Note 9 One UI Beta program.

Samsung is prepping a software update for its Galaxy Note 9 and a few other high-end handsets, though what it has in the works is more than just a new build of Android.

According to SamMobile, the firmware version being pushed out is N960FXXU2ZRKQ. This allows users to reach those parts of the UI very easily which were earlier on the topmost edge of the screen hence making it more easy for one-handed use.

Registration is pretty straightforward as long as you belong to the designated region. This can be done by downloading the Samsung Members app from Google's Play Store.

After getting your devices updates with Android Pie Beta, you will see some OTA update.

Also, keep in mind that this is indeed a beta UI so it will not be the most stable experience.

As promised Samsung had rolled out to the Galaxy Note 9 users first, however, it is now being rolled out in "beta" to the Note 9 users. That beta has apparently expanded to USA unlocked Note 9 devices. Yay.
