Nokia 8.1 Plus renders reveal another phone with a hole-punch notch

Nokia 8.1 Plus renders reveal another phone with a hole-punch notch

The Android Pie update to Nokia 8 Sirocco brings App Actions feature that displays the most relevant apps and in-app features for quicker navigation.

According to the leak, the so-called Nokia 6 (2019) - it's also referred to as the Nokia 6.2 - features a 6.2-inch display with a cutout for the front camera.

Be sure to check out the 360-degree video below and let us know down in the comments on what you think about the latest leak. Keep in mind that the "Nokia 8.1 Plus" name is not set in stone. The small circular hole on the display will house a selfie camera, but the sensor being used is still a mystery at this time. It takes creative storytelling to a new level, with its ZEISS optics and perfectly tuned acoustics.

Nokia 8.1 Plus Render

2019 is still in its early days, but even so, we're already expecting a lot of phones to ship this year with a hole-punch style notch.

Per the images, the Nokia 8.1 Plus will have a rear glass panel bearing the Nokia logo and the Android One branding. Its lineup remains as confusing and complicated as ever, though, especially when you compare this design to the upcoming Nokia 9. This will enable the company to trim down the side and top bezels, but the pictures show that the phone does have a noticeable chin and carries the Nokia branding. It seems like the headphone jack might be coming back into vogue, as people have lamented their disappearance in phone.

Both of these devices are just rumors so far, and as always, the price will be a big determining factor in how well both phones are received.
