Aamir Khan To Remake ‘Forrest Gump’ For India

Aamir Khan To Remake ‘Forrest Gump’ For India

I will be prepping for six months. For the official adaptation of Forrest Gump, Aamir Khan will be seen as a Sikh in the film whose name will be Laal Singh Chaddha. Now as "Forrest Gump" is already a ideal piece of art, it's beyond me why Aamir Khan has decided to remake it.

The Hindi remake is named as Lal Singh Chadha. The film will be directed by Advait Chandan, the director of Secret Superstar and a former manager of Aamir Khan.

He added that he has to lose around 20 kg of weight to fit into the character. I will be losing 20 kg.

Aamir went on to say, "I have always loved "Forrest Gump" as a script".

Talking to the media on March 14, Aamir said, "My next film is finalised it is called 'Lal Singh Chaddha'". I will have a slim and lean look for it. It is a life-affirming story. Aamir also announced that the shooting of the film will start in October and that he is excited to bring something good for the audiences.

Aamir Khan, Mr Perfectionist of Bollywood, never fails to celebrate his birthday with media. "It is a film for the whole family". Actor-politician Kamal Haasan also wished the actor.

He unveiled the news during a Mumbai press conference to cut the cake on his 54th birthday (yeah, he's that big there). "They should all vote and make the elections a success", the actor said.

Aamir Khan's documentary film Rubaru Roshni, produced by Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao, released on the small screen on the Republic Day.
