Watch leaked footage of Conor McGregor stomping on fan’s cell phone

Video emerged on Friday of the moment McGregor seized the 22-year-old's phone and smashed it.

As expected, the video of Conor McGregor stomping out a cell phone outside a hotel in Miami has now been released, though in the shaky footage you can actually hear the incident better than you can see it.

According to the Associated Press on Thursday, Miami-Dade County court records show that McGregor is being sued by Ahmed Abdirzak, the alleged victim in the incident.

Miami Beach police say McGregor was leaving the Fontainebleau Miami Beach early Monday morning when Abdirzak attempted to take a picture of McGregor.

A fan had accused McGregor of slapping his phone from his hand, stomping on it, and pocketing the phone before being driven off in a chauffeured auto.

McGregor was later arrested on robbery and criminal mischief charges.

The cameraman then rounds their visual obstruction and McGregor can be seen standing in front of a phone on the ground, before he reaches down and puts it in his pocket.

McGregor's attorney dismissed the civil suit, describing it to AP as "a quick effort seeking a payday".

Now footage obtained from the scene and released by TMZ would appear to back up those claims. What can also be seen and heard is the fan pleading to McGregor to give him his phone back, though based on the power and force behind each strike it's likely the phone was damaged upon fix.
