Google teases May 7 announcement of Pixel 3a and 3a XL

The search giant has released a teaser on its official store hinting at the launch of the long-rumored Google Pixel 3a and Pixel 3s XL. The now edited footage shows a bunch of folks with Pixel 3 phones.

If you don't want to buy an unlocked Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL from the Google Play Store, you don't have many other options.

The ad does a great job promoting the Pixel 3's main features, including the camera and the Google Assistant, and teases the upcoming Endgame movie. Even Google confirmed the phones, several times. Rumors have said the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL could launch at Verizon this spring. For those unaware, May 7 is the day when Google I/O 2019 (Google's annual developer conference) kicks-off and it now suggests that it could be the day when it debuts new hardware under the "Pixel branding" during the keynote announcement. They are both tipped to get a The Google Pixel 3a will have a 5.6-inch 1080x2220px and a 6.0-inch 1080x2160px screen with snapdragon 670 with 4GB under the hood. The one-minute-long video highlights navigation through Google Maps and voice assistance using Google Assistant as some of the tasks that are possible through the Pixel 3 models to help the NY people.

There is also a message for Avengers fans out there, stating that "help is on the way", as probably more Marvel characters will be joining the lineup of augmented reality Playmoji available on the Pixel phones.
