Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 render leaked, shows familiar design

Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 render leaked, shows familiar design

Given how early these leaks are, it's no surprise that pricing and availability haven't been mentioned.

The Samsung Galaxy Fold is yet to be made official but strangely enough, the phone was spotted being openly used on the metro in New Delhi, suggesting Samsung's foldable phone is being tested and may even launch in India soon.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 is an upcoming smartwatch that has yet to be announced.

There is no denying the fact that this is the real Galaxy Watch active 2, as it looks typical of Samsung's promotional image which displays the device along with the style of branding that will be in use, while also once again confirming the name of the device.

To be clear, if Samsung does indeed launch a Galaxy Watch Active 2, rather than a Galaxy Watch, it will follow the original Galaxy Watch Active, which only launched in February of this year. The company is going to offer gradient colors with the Galaxy Note 10 as well, but as recently leaked renders show us, the gradient effect on at least one of the color variants won't be as subtle as it is on the Galaxy S10 lineup. All three colours - Angel Gold, Ghost White and Phantom Black will be available as well. The rendered unit is black, and likely the LTE model. The power button has a red ring around it, which, in Apple's case, means an LTE version, but with Samsung it is yet unknown whether it's related to connectivity or other features.

In addition to the release date, Yonhap also revealed that South Korea will exclusively get the 5G-enabled Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ models. There's no word on what that signifies, but it reminds us of the Apple Watch, and the Galaxy Watch Active 2 is expected to feature new health tools.
