Saddle Up For Lil Nas X's New 'Old Town Road' Remix

Saddle Up For Lil Nas X's New 'Old Town Road' Remix

The pair's music video for the song, which dropped in May, has built up more than 200 million views.

This latest version of "Old Town Road" starts off in a familiar way, with Billy Ray Cyrus taking the lead, followed by Lil Nas himself. Only ten songs have ever spent that long at the spot. Nas recently performed the song along with "Old Town Road" to the massive crowd at the UK's Glastonbury Festival with Billy Ray Cyrus and Miley Cyrus - check out the performance HERE.

U.S. hip-hop and country sensation Lil Nas X has hinted that he might be collaborating with Mariah Carey for a remix for his Billboard Hot 100 number one single Old Town Road.

This remix with Mason Ramsey, Young Thung, and the Atlanta based rapper will definitely help the track to keep smashing throughout summer. But with country trap, I in no way want to take credit for that. The song was the second single from Nelly's album Suit and peaked at #3 on the Billboard charts.

The remix might not have the same impact as the first remix but it could potentially propel "Old Town Road" to break the record for "Most Weeks Spent at #1" on the Billboard charts. Lil Nas X teased the project back in April while praising Young Thug for being a pioneer of country-trap. "To me, my most defining moment in the country was being joined by George Jones and Loretta Lynn on my self-penned 'Country Music Has the Blues, '" said Cyrus.
