Chiefs win leads to lack of fireworks at Arrowhead Stadium

The Kansas City Chiefs came back from a 24-0 deficit to beat the Houston Texans today, ensuring that the team will be coming back to Arrowhead Stadium for the AFC Championship Game next Sunday. Clark is saving his best work for the postseason as he recorded a hat trick of sacks steadily putting pressure on Texans QB Deshaun Watson.

The Chiefs found the end zone seven times as they outscored Houston 51-7 after falling behind 24-0.

Those decisions, along with a plethora of other head-scratching choices, left many wondering if the coach deserved to lose his job after collapsing in the playoffs once again.

Things looked bleak early on, to say the least, but Andy Reid's troops never once believed they were out of it. I think instead of getting down, we got fired up. This was Bell's first touchdown of the season.

While the Arizona Cardinals are not in the playoffs, their fans can certainly watch the two Sunday playoff games with the Cardinals on their minds.

Still, Watson said "the future is bright" for the organization. "It's all positive. We did so much this season". For us, to be one of the final eight teams is huge. "Yeah, I said it". You might be disappointed, but I'm not. Like I said, I'm very encouraged for this organization, for this team, for this city.

"We're going to score 50 tonight", he said after the aforementioned field goal, confessing to The Athletic after the game.
