Harvey Weinstein Raped 17-Year-Old, New Lawsuit Alleges

According to the new court documents filed in NY, four more women have come ahead and spoken about the assaults that happened to them between 1984 to 2013.

Harvey Weinstein, at present serving a 23 yr jail time period for rape, was hit with a brand new lawsuit Thursday that claims he raped a further 4 ladies, one of whom was simply 17 years previous on the time.

One woman claims that Weinstein raped her in 1984 when she was 34 years old.

Harvey Weinstein is the subject of a new trial. When she entered the room, the woman, now 43, claims Weinstein was already naked and told her that she had to "sexually gratify him" if she wanted him to get her a job.

Among the other accusations, Jane Doe I, a 70-year-old woman from Ecuador, said Weinstein groped her at a hotel in Cannes in 1984; Jane Doe III, a 38-year-old woman, said Weinstein raped her in 2008 in his NY apartment; and Jane Doe IV, a 35-year-old woman, said Weinstein raped her in 2013 during the Venice Film Festival. She says that a meeting was arranged in his hotel room. As she accompanied a friend of hers to a meeting with the producer during the Cannes Film Festival, she claims Weinstein led her back to his hotel suite, "pinned her against the suite's front door", and sexually assaulted her. He allegedly raped her a few days later in his Soho apartment, threatening he would ruin her if she told anyone.


A 38-year old woman said that Weinstein met her at Cipriani restaurant in Manhattan in 2008 and promised to "help take her career to the next level".

The most recent allegation was from 2013 when a 35-year-old Hungarian woman, who was 26 at the time, met Weinstein at the Venice Film Festival. After she went to his Soho apartment for a meeting, he warned her she can't leave before she does what he wishes.

The suit states: "There is no doubt that Robert Weinstein knew, or should have known, that his brother was a risky predator likely to sexually abuse other women like Plaintiffs given that he witnessed his brother's behavior; received direct and indirect verbal and written complaints made by and on behalf of female victims and/or employees of Miramax who were sexually abused by Harvey Weinstein". "1-10 knew or moderately ought to have recognized that Harvey Weinstein had a propensity to have interaction in sexual misconduct and would use his place and energy to lure Plaintiffs and different equally located aspiring feminine actresses to his flats, lodge rooms, workplaces, and many others. below the guise of discussing enterprise alternatives to sexually harass, batter, assault, falsely imprison and rape them".

Harvey Weinstein was called out by over 100 women and was accused of rape and assault.
