Carole Baskin's Missing Husband's Family Buys Commercial During 'DWTS'

Carole Baskin's Missing Husband's Family Buys Commercial During 'DWTS'

Carole Baskin wore hot pink tiger print and her signature flower crown for her Dancing with the Stars debut. The star-studded lineup, including brand new host Tyra Banks to replace Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews, was enough to draw huge crowds eager to see what was going on.

If you don't know, Carole rose to fame just a few months ago as one of the key figures in Netflix's Tiger King.

The Netflix documentary "Tiger King" featured Joe Exotic, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage.

During the broadcast, an advert appeared in which the family of Don Lewis, Baskin's ex-husband, declared their intention to reward $100,000 (£80,000) to any individual with answers about his disappearance.

Carole Baskin came onto the scene as Maldonado-Passage's sworn enemy.

Baskin has repeatedly denied allegations that she was involved in Lewis's disappearance, and no one has ever been arrested or charged in connection with the case.

Just above Baskin on the Dancing With the Stars leaderboard was professional basketball player Charles Oakley and his partner Emma Slater, with 12 points, followed by Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause, with 13.

Don's family and attorney John Phillips bought time to air a commercial during Carole's "Dancing with the Stars" debut.

In Netflix's Tiger King, Carole Baskin, who was married to Don at the time, was accused by numerous show's characters of having something to do with his disappearance.

We're told the spot will run during the first "DWTS" commercial break of Monday night's premiere.

Don Lewis' daughters are hoping to finally get justice for their father who mysteriously disappeared in 1997.

Phillips says the family deserve justice and called for tips on "who did this, or whether Carole Baskin was involved".
