Google schedules 'Launch Night In' event for 30th September - Mobile Phones

Due to current circumstances, obviously, the event will be hosted online on Wednesday, September 30. The Google Pixel 5 event will take place on September 30. In addition to this, the event is likely to include the Google TV streaming dongle and a new Nest smart speaker. Google had then said that the Pixel 5 and the Pixel 4a 5G won't be launched in India.

News that Google is coming out with a new Android TV dongle has been circulating since June, and now it looks like the tech giant is about to make an official announcement introducing the device.

Google Pixel 2 and newer phones in that range including Pixel 3, 3A, 4, 4A, along with OnePlus, Xiaomi, Oppo and realme phones are ready to receive the update, according to Google. The Pixel 5 is also rumoured to come with a Snapdragon 765G processor and a larger battery this time around, with support for 15W Qi wireless charging. Google could be trying to continue the line of Chromecast devices that people are so familiar with, while also tacking on Android TV. Even with the Australia tax the device is expected to be under that mark with it costing just $49.95 (or $59,98 - leaks vary) in the U.S. - we're watching you Google, please make it so. Google it seems have made a decision to stick with a more affordable range. The smartphone is tipped to feature a hole-punch display with a refresh rate of 90Hz, a dual rear camera setup, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

We should hopefully hear more in the next week.

Design- sensible, the Pixel 5 ought to look like the 4a a fair bit, with a bump up in specifications - aside from the So C, it may have 8GB of RAM (a record for Google), a 90 Hz screen, and a brand-new ultrawide cam on the back. Which one are you looking forward to checking out the most?
