The refresh rate is higher than the previous model as the 120Hz refresh rate was only available in the OnePlus 8 Pro device.

It's about time we got some renders for an unreleased phone - this go around, it's the OnePlus 8T. The renders show extremely thin bezels around the display.

On the other hand, it might perhaps feature a punch-hole flat AMOLED display, a better camera setup, a fast charge technology, and could support the wireless charging as well. OnePlus is said to continue using the Snapdragon 865 chip.

OnePlus Nord, the latest of the OnePlus series' sale has started today at 2 pm on the Amazon India website.

Nonetheless, there will be two variants at launch. Until now, only the 8GB and 12GB RAM variants were available in the country. OnePlus will upgrade the battery to a 4500mAh unit. What do you think it will be called, Warp Charge 65? In fact the camera module design on the OnePlus 8T seems very similar to some of the ones that we've seen on various Samsung smartphones.

In order to reduce costs, the new OnePlus Nord 5G will supposedly be released without the ultra-wide-angle selfie camera the current model is equipped with. Again, there's no concrete information at the moment, but it may consist of the 48-megapixel main sensor found on the original Nord paired with the same depth and macro cameras. Leaks have confirmed the OnePlus 8T getting a BIS certification.

Expect the official announcement to come in late September or early October.
