Active COVID cases in Island Health fall swiftly over weekend

The increase brings the United Kingdom death toll to 127,981, however, the number of deaths tend to be lower on a Monday due to a reporting lag from the weekend.

The five-day test positivity rate throughout the province is now eight per cent.

The current five-day COVID-19 test positivity rate is 8% provincially and 7.2% in Winnipeg, both down from Saturday's rates of 8.3% and 7.4% respectively.
