Bruins Sign Johnny Boychuck To 3 Year Extension
Bob MaKenzie tweeted that defenseman Johnny Boychuk has agreed to terms on a three-year contract extension with the Boston Bruins, with an AAV of $3.36M.
It is believed that the contract is worth $10.08 million over the three years so his salary cap hit will be $3.36 million. Boychuck has three goals and 10 points, he is a plus-23 and has 42 penalty minutes this season.
