Marty Turco may be back in the NHL yet this season.

Following an exchange of texts with Turco, Scott Burnside of ESPN.com reports a number of teams may be keeping an eye on the veteran netminder ahead of the trade deadline.

Recently representing Canada at the Spengler Cup, Turco is currently playing in the Austrian elite league. He has an “out” clause in his contract with EC Red Bull Salzburg that would let him sign with an NHL team before February 27.
