Daniel Paille Doesn’t See A Reason To ‘Panic’ Yet Over Collective Bargaining Agreement
Daniel Paille says there’s no reason to “panic” just yet over the prospect of a work stoppage due to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, according to the Boston Herald.
The Boston Bruins NHL Players Association representative is optimistic that despite little progress in the talks between the NHL and the NHLPA, the season won’t be shortened.”It’s still a process now,” Paille said. “For us as players, we have a positive (feeling) on starting the season on time and that’s what we want to do.” After September 15, we’ll see what happens. Until then, I don’t think there is any reason to panic. For us, it’s definitely a line of communication right now and I think it’s a positive for us to keep that going.”
