The Ottawa Senators have landed forward Bobby Ryan in a trade from the Anaheim Ducks, according to a report by Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun.

Ryan appeared to confirm the trade when he tweeted Friday afternoon: “Ottawa …. I’m coming in hot.”

Anaheim will receive Jakob Silfverberg, prospect Stefan Noesen and a first-round pick, reported Darren Dreger of TSN.

Ryan scored 30-plus goals in each of the previous four seasons before 2012-13, when he had 11 goals and 30 points in 46 games for the Ducks. Silfverberg had 10 goals and 19 points in 48 games for the Senators this past season. Noesen was a first-round pick by Ottawa in the 2011 NHL Draft.
