The Boston Bruins are no longer showing interest in acquiring San Jose Sharks forward Ryane Clowe, according to CSN’s Kevin Kurz.

Boston scouts were attending Sharks games to take a look at Clowe, but now it seems that he is not on their radar anymore. However, the rumors will continue to swirl around him until the trade deadline on April 3. Perhaps a change of scenery could be better for Clowe, who has not scored in 25 games this season. He has nine assists, 72 penalty minutes, and a -7 plus-minus rating. He was also suspended two games last month for coming off the bench to engage in an altercation with the Blackhawks Andrew Shaw.
