According to Bob McKenzie Rick Nash probably won’t be traded until July at the earliest.

With the 2012 NHL Entry Draft over, teams interested in Nash will probably turn their attention to the upcoming free agent market. If they can get Zach Parise, then that would be preferable to meeting Columbus Blue Jackets demands. However, once Parise has signedveither with a new club or the New Jersey Devils then the teams that missed out on the Parise sweepstakes with give Nash another look.
